Leslie’s Suggestions For Siblings When Dealing With Aging Parents
Manage expectations.
Don’t assume you’re right.

Respect that your parents still want their independence.
Communicate well and often.
Have a gatekeeper for communication, especially volatile issues.
Divide duties based on strengths.
Be creative, keep laughing, share emotions.
Capture memories.
Don’t forget to enjoy your parents while you still have them.
